Summary:
If a teenager gets pregnant there are serious consequences and health concern. Pregnant teenagers are especially vulnerable to complications, such as high blood pressure, anemia, and, most troubling, premature delivery. Their babies are more likely to be too small at birth and often have underdeveloped lungs, vision problems, or a host of other ailments. Teen pregnancy is basically a setback that can affect the lives of the parents and the child for many years to come. Only 40% of teen mothers complete high school, Unqualified for a good-paying job, the mothers have a very hard time making ends meet. Almost half of all teenage mothers go on welfare within five years of that child's birth.
Yes i agree with the author, because what the author is basically stating is that most teen who become pregnant don't live the live they want they loose there chance to achieve their gaol in life.

I believe the author is an expert because he used his intelligence and research in this article he used more accurate information about teenage pregnancy than any author i know.
